Landen Fredrick is the vice president of supply chain and information technology for Coppell, Texas-based Mannatech Inc., a global developer of nutritional supplements, beauty and wellness products, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

At Mannatech, Fredrick oversees customer service, business systems, supply chain and global logistics. Having been a part of Mannatech since 2006, Fredrick has played a key role in developing and driving systems to create efficiencies and manage scale for a company on the Direct Selling News’ Global 100 list. Frederick is also the chairman of the M5M Foundation, a non-profit organization benefitting children in need.

As a member of the DSA, Fredrick has served as Chairman of the Awards Committee since 2013, and has been a supporter of the Give to Direct Selling Education Foundation.

Along with being a leader at Mannatech, Fredrick owned a web and advertising business, Killian Fredrick, from 2001 to 2006. While in college, Fredrick learned to walk in the shoes of a salesman, while selling books door-to-door for Southwestern Books.

Frederick earned a BA from Abilene Christian University in 1995 and his MBA from Amber University in 1997. He is married with three children, is an avid outdoorsman and has had a lifelong involvement in church activities including serving as a Bible school teacher at the Branch Church.
