that it has hired Ms. Olena Sergeeva as General Director to lead its
expanding Ukraine operations.
Ms. Sergeeva comes to Mannatech with over ten accomplished years of
experience in the direct selling industry within the Ukraine where she
is well known in the direct selling community. Ms. Sergeeva has
previously served as the General Manager of a large multinational direct
selling company in the Ukraine. Senior Vice President International, Ron
