Mannatech has had three favorable rulings in the last year alone against Techmedica Health Inc., Ionx Holdings LLC, Boston Mountain Laboratories Inc., and Green Life LLC. Each of these companies has been ordered to stop making, using, offering to sell, selling, or otherwise distributing within the United States, or importing into the United States, products which infringe Mannatech’s patents. Mannatech began its patent infringement efforts with a successful jury verdict against Glycoproducts International Inc.,in May 2008, effectively putting the company out of business.

“These results have been comprehensive and decisive, removing eleven infringing products from the market. Today’s action only reinforces our commitment to supporting our Associates and the Ambrotose products we all believe in so strongly,” said Clark.
