(Flower Mound, Texas) August 10, 2018 Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the company to begin the repurchase of up to $0.5 million of the company's outstanding common shares from time to time in the open market pursuant to the company's existing share repurchase program. As of July 31, 2018, the company had approximately 2.4 million shares outstanding.

The timing, volume and nature of share repurchases will be at the discretion of management and dependent on market conditions, applicable securities laws and other factors and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. Repurchases will be subject to market conditions and other factors, including our company's black-out periods during which the company and its insiders are prohibited from trading in the company's common shares. No assurance can be given that any particular amount of common stock will be repurchased. This repurchase program may be modified or terminated by the Board of Directors at any time.
