Item 8.01. Other Event.
On November 14, 2018, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that the Board had declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Mannatech Declares Third Quarter 2018 Dividend
(Flower Mound, Texas) November 14, 2018 – Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock, payable on Thursday, December 27, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, December 6, 2018. The dividend reflects a commitment to rewarding shareholders and encouraging long-term investment in Mannatech’s common stock.
