On November 12, 2008, Mannatech, Incorporated (“Mannatech”) issued a press release announcing that Terence L. O’Day will resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations effective November 30, 2008.

Mannatech Announces Departure of Chief Operating Officer
Coppell, TX, November 12, 2008 - Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ – MTEX), a leading developer and provider of proprietary nutritional supplements, weight management products and skin care solutions, today announced that Terence L. O’Day will resign his position as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations effective November 30, 2008.
