On August 31, 2021, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that the Board had declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Mannatech Declares Second Quarter 2021 Dividend
(Flower Mound, Texas) August 31, 2021 – Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. The dividend demonstrates a commitment to rewarding shareholders and encouraging long-term investment in Mannatech’s common stock.
