Mannatech requests that any shareholders wishing to communicate directly with its Board of Directors submit such communication in writing, addressed as follows:

Any communications addressed to the Board of Directors will be delivered to its Chairman. Communications addressed to specific Directors will be delivered individually. Mannatech’s Executive Officers and designated officials may be given access to such communications, except in instances in which the charters of Mannatech’s Committees require anonymity.
