How can I acquire any of the reports filed with the SEC?
Form 10-K's and Form 10-Q's and some of the other filings can be acquired online at the Mannatech website SEC Filings page or at the SEC website www.sec.gov by typing our name in the Edgar database search.

How do I buy or sell Mannatech stock?
Contact your local broker/dealer/investment advisor to handle any stock activity. Shares cannot be purchased directly from us, as the original offering was closed on February 11, 1999. We do not currently hold or intend to obtain a license to sell our stock directly.
What is the Company's fiscal year-end date?
Mannatech, Incorporated has a fiscal year end of December 31.
When did the Company go public?
Our initial public offering was effective on February 12, 1999, in which we sold 1,500,000 shares of our common stock and some of our existing shareholders sold 1,556,016 shares of their stock held. We also had a secondary registration on August 11, 1999 to register 1,519,452 additional shares held by some of existing shareholders.
When will you hold a shareholders' meeting?
We will hold our 2018 Shareholder’s Meeting on June 6, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, at the Grapevine Convention Center located at 1209 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.

Why is the stock price where it is and what do you expect for it in the future?
We cannot speculate on why we think the price of our stock goes up or down nor can we speculate what it will do in the future.
What is the stock currently trading for?
We suggest you call your stockbroker as we usually do not quote stock prices. You can also search the Internet for any financial page, type in our stock symbol "MTEX" and see where our stock is currently trading including price and volume; however, be aware some of these pages do not reflect real time quotes.
How do I change my name or address for my certificates?
If your stockbroker holds your stock certificates then you must contact your stockbroker to make any name or address changes. If you hold your stock certificates directly you need to notify our stock transfer agent directly. I have misplaced my stock certificates, can you reissue them?
